No Win, No Fee

We understand that a personal injury might have a devastating impact upon your financial position and that you may be unable to pay for legal fees. We also recognize the need to ensure that members of the community with valid claims are not excluded from the legal system simply because they are unable to meet the significant costs of litigation.

In most cases we are prepared to run your claim on a no win no fee basis.  This means that if you are unsuccessful in obtaining compensation, we will not charge any professional fees.

Legal Costs

Arnold Thomas & Becker does not charge for the initial conference with new clients.

If you require our legal advice, please telephone our office for an appointment. At your conference, we will be able to provide you with further information about legal costs and the options available to you.

Arnold Thomas & Becker charge fees for our work, as recommended by the Law Institute. We usually only charge professional fees if your matter is successful (see No Win, No Fee).

Sometimes in smaller cases, fees can be disproportionate to the amount received. In such cases we often reduce our costs to maximize your benefit.
