Anne Shortall

Anne was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1991 and has specialized in the area of personal injuries. She has been employed by ATB for over 10 years and throughout that time has developed one of the largest medical negligence practices in Victoria. She also undertakes public liability and testators family maintenance matters relating to challenging wills for family members who have not been adequately provided for in the will.

Prior to working as a lawyer Anne was a registered nurse and this has assisted her in her understanding and management of medical negligence matters which often involve a detailed analysis of medical files.

Anne has a 14 year old son and enjoys reading, traveling and watching her son play sport.

Anne is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
