Product Liability Claims

Manufacturers of products owe a duty of care to people using their products. If you have been injured by a defective or unsafe product you may be able to claim damages. It does not matter if you did not purchase the product.

A claim for damages usually includes compensation for:

• Pain and suffering
• Loss of enjoyment of life
• Past loss of earnings
• Loss of future wages
• Past and future medical expenses
• The cost of care provided to you by family members or professional care providers
