Medical and Like Expenses

You are entitled to payment for the reasonable costs of medical and like services for your injuries. Reasonable medical expenses may include:

1. Expenses of general practitioners, specialists and hospitals;
2. Medication;
3. Rehabilitation, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy;
4. Dental services

If the expense is reasonable and the need for that expense relates to the injuries suffered in the transport accident, then, generally, you will be entitled to that expense.
