Michel predominantly practices in TAC, WorkCover and common law claims to recover compensation for victims of violent assault and sexual assault. She also has substantial experience in wills and estates litigation, including Testator’s Family Maintenance claims and issues with testamentary capacity, undue influence and fraud.
Michel provides her clients with compassionate yet practical advice. She takes a holistic approach to supporting her clients while strenuously advocating on their behalf.
Michel graduated from Monash University with a degree in Law and commenced her Supervised Workplace Traineeship with Arnold, Thomas & Becker in 2010. She has a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne focusing her studies on personal injury and civil litigation.
Michel was appointed Senior Associate in 2016.
In her spare time, Michel likes to spend time with her dogs as well as enjoy good food with family and friends.
