Emily Pompetti Associate Emily is based in our CBD office and specialises in medical negligence matters. She completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at La Trobe University. Emily is a tenacious and passionate advocate for her clients who understands the lifechanging impact of the injuries they have sustained. She takes pride in an approach to practise that combines technical expertise with a warm, approachable manner. Emily has practiced almost exclusively in plaintiff medical negligence matters throughout her career. With a strong commitment to enhancing ethical practice, she has also worked for the Victorian legal regulator investigating and prosecuting lawyers’ misconduct. Outside of work, you’ll find Emily with her dog in tow, reading, enjoying good food or spending time at the beach.
