Charges prompt new sex abuse claims against St Kilda Little League coach Darrell Ray

Fresh sex abuse allegations have surfaced against a St Kilda Little League coach who this week faced dozens of indecent assault charges.

Two alleged victims of former primary school teacher and sports coach Darrell Ray have since claimed that Ray assaulted them when they were children.

The clients engaged Arnold Thomas and Becker following Ray’s charges.

Their lawyer, Cameron Doig, said more victims were expected to come forward.

“Our clients are making sure the government is also held to account in the courts,” he said.

“The latest round of charges against Darrell Ray shows that our clients … carry it with them every day.”
