Dr Milky sentenced for sexual assault of women

Following the sentencing of Dr Shafiul Milky last week, the Ocean Grove doctor who raped and sexually assaulted six patients, Channel 9 featured this topic as their lead story, with Arnold Thomas & Becker lawyer Jodie Harris speaking about the sentence and the offences.

So far, 13 women have approached Arnold Thomas & Becker, alleging sexual assault by Milky, who was sentenced to 11 years in prison last week.

A number of these women have alleged Milky was strongly advocating for breast examinations or internal vaginal examination even when these procedures were not related to the reason they had scheduled a medical appointment.
