Ex-student allegedly abused at Kardinia International College

Another former Kardinia International College student has launched legal action, claiming he was groomed and sexually assaulted by a music teacher.

The ex-student is the second alleged victim of Nicholas Frampton, who taught at the school in the mid-2000s.

It’s alleged the school failed to offer the student counselling or ongoing support and later expelled him following an investigation into his behaviour, which he said had declined following the alleged abuse.

Arnold, Thomas and Becker Lawyers are representing the former student and have issued a writ in the Supreme Court seeking damages from the school.
