Ashleigh Reilly

Legal Trainee

After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University in February 2026, Ashleigh progressed into a trainee lawyer role at Arnold Thomas & Becker.

Ashleigh began her legal career at a personal injury firm in Geelong, working as a legal assistant and paralegal for four years. During this time, she gained valuable experience assisting with WorkCover and TAC matters.

After relocating to Melbourne, Ashleigh joined Arnold Thomas & Becker as a legal assistant in the Institutional Abuse team. She is passionate about supporting clients through complex and sensitive legal matters and finds it incredibly rewarding to help people navigate challenging periods in their lives. She is committed to continuing her professional development and building her career in this area of law.

Outside of work, She enjoys long-distance running along the beach with her partner, visiting local markets, and cooking for family and friends.
