Joseph Braverman

Principal

Joseph joined Arnold Thomas & Becker as a Principal Lawyer in 2026 to lead our Class Actions practice.

 

He has broad experience running class actions across a wide variety of areas, including consumer rights and shareholder claims. He has acted in class actions in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.

 

Joseph graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws.

 

Joseph is driven by a belief that the justice system should work for ordinary people, not only those with the resources to bring a case on their own. He is committed to using class actions to hold powerful organisations to account and to deliver meaningful outcomes for the people he represents.
