Who can make a WorkCover claim?

Full-time, part-time and casual workers injured at work in Victoria. Some contractors, such as owner-drivers, may also be covered.

My claim was rejected. Can you help?

Yes. Insurer decisions can be challenged, but the time to dispute is short, usually 60 days from the decision. Contact us as soon as you can.

Will I lose my job if I make a claim?

Making a WorkCover claim is your legal right, and your employer can’t lawfully sack you for it. Talk to us if you’re worried about your job.

Are psychological injuries covered?

Yes. Stress, anxiety and other psychological injuries caused by work can be covered, as can aggravation of a pre-existing condition.
