Emma Curtain

Trainee Law Clerk

Emma joined Arnold Thomas & Becker in January 2025 and is based in our CBD office specialising in medical negligence.  She is currently undertaking her Bachelor of Laws at Deakin and previously obtained her Honours Degree in Psychology at Monash University.

Emma has 12 years’ experience as a legal assistant in the personal injury space, working across TAC, WorkCover, Medical Negligence and Public Liability. This experience, together with her studies, allows Emma to follow her passion of providing support to those in need.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time reading, catching up with friends and family and playing with her puppy, Huddy.
