What is the Fairbridge Farm Class Action?
Arnold Thomas & Becker has been pursuing a class action against the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales, representing former residents of the Fairbridge Farm School in Molong, NSW.
This legal action was issued in the Supreme Court of NSW seeking damages for survivors who were not adequately compensated in an earlier settlement in 2015.
The lead plaintiff David Kinsella has made an application to discontinue the action.
The hearing to discontinue to the action will be heard in the Supreme Court of NSW on 2/6 July 2026.
