Ben has extensive experience in the area of superannuation disability insurance claims as a Legal Assistant and Law Clerk at a national firm prior to joining Arnold Thomas & Becker as a Lawyer in January 2024.

Ben completed a Bachelor of Arts (Legal Studies) degree with Victoria University and subsequently a Juris Doctor (Masters) degree with RMIT University before being admitted to practice in July 2023.

Ben is passionate about extending access to justice by holding insurers to account when advocating for his clients.

Outside of work Ben loves to keep active and spend quality time with his two young daughters.
