Don Maffia Principal Don Maffia obtained his law degree from Monash University in 1999. Since then, he has worked extensively within the legal industry. His areas of skill and expertise are personal injury claims including Transport accidents as an expert car accident lawyer, as well as WorkCover and public liability compensation claims. Don was appointed as a Partner in 2022. His diverse experience in litigation means that Don has vast knowledge of across all jurisdictions including County Court and Supreme Court matters. Don works to help facilitate a dynamic and team-orientated approach to resolving claims. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Don offers a passionate and friendly approach to his claims processes to ensure his clients are respected and understood. Don is currently a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, The Law Institute of Victoria’s Transport Accident Committee and the VCAT TAC user group. In 2019, Don was a finalist for the Law Institute of Victoria’s suburban lawyer of the year. Outside of work, Don’s interests include coaching junior basketball and being involved with the local junior football club.
