Emily Hart

Principal

Emily is a Principal and head of the Medical Negligence team at Arnold Thomas and Becker.

She completed her Arts/Law degree (with Honours) at Monash University, and has practiced exclusively in medical negligence matters since 2008. She has been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law through the Law Institute of Victoria since 2017.

Emily is passionate about supporting clients through their claims, with a particular interest in obstetrics, mental health, and Coronial matters.

She is also an active member of the wider legal community, and is currently Deputy Chair of the Health Law Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria.
