Joseph Ridley

Principal

Joseph graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts and completed his Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) at La Trobe University in 2010.

Joseph started working with Arnold Thomas & Becker in 2010 as a trainee lawyer and is now the Practice Manager of Arnold Thomas & Becker’s Werribee office.

He mainly practices personal injury in TAC and WorkCover matters, but also has experience in superannuation (TPD) claims and public liability claims. In addition to this Joseph has experience in human rights matters including disability discrimination claims. In 2016 Joseph obtained the highest award of damages ever awarded in Victoria for a verbal racial discrimination claim.

Joseph takes the time to listen to his clients and is committed to obtaining the best possible results for his clients.

Outside of work Joseph enjoys reading, spending time with his partner and family, and cheering on his beloved Geelong Football Club.
