Shino Swaver General Manager – People & Culture Holding two master’s degrees: Master of Human Resources Management (Monash University) and a Master of Professional Communication (Deakin University), Shino develops and drives the firm’s HR strategy. Prior to working at ATB, Shino held a number of senior leadership HR positions throughout the APAC region. Shino helps deliver business growth and objectives by driving engagement, managing recruitment and shaping our renowned internal culture. A fluent Mandarin speaker, outside of work Shino likes to travel, garden and spending time with family and friends.
